Upsilon Rho - Newberry College
The Untouchable Upsilon Rho Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority was officially chartered on April 4, 2024, at Newberry College in Newberry, SC. Upsilon Rho was chartered by The Nine Daughters of Aurora: Kayshona Seabrook, Victoria Noel, Marley Rourk, Sariah Alston, Savannah Armistead, Ayo Douglas, Destine Wells, Dyani Burke, and Irma Watson-Perez. Upsilon Rho is dedicated to advancing the mission and principles of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority within their community, focusing on health awareness, education, and leadership development. Since their chartering, Upsilon Rho has engaged in service projects such as Adopt-a-Highway and has become an active member of the Newberry College NPHC.
